About Phoenix Flood
Phoenix Flood and Fire is built around helping homeowners understand their situation before making a decision. We focus on educating customers, explaining the damage clearly, and providing practical options for water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration so each homeowner can choose the path that works best for them.
Leadership
Phoenix Flood and Fire is led by experienced restoration professionals committed to honest guidance and putting homeowners first.

Founder
Ryan Rasmussen founded Phoenix Flood and Fire in 2007 to bring honesty, clarity, and real options to Arizona homeowners facing water, fire, smoke, or mold damage—not pressure or a one-size-fits-all contract. His "Brains Before Brawn" approach means every project starts with a clear explanation of the damage and practical next steps. With more than 20 years in restoration, Ryan has built a team of certified specialists focused on flood cleanup, water mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, and mold remediation—always with the homeowner's best interest first.

General Manager
Cavin Shiflet joined Phoenix Flood and Fire in 2022 as General Manager, helping grow the support homeowners count on from first call through final walkthrough. He works directly with families, property managers, and insurance partners across the Phoenix area to keep projects organized, timelines clear, and communication steady when stress is high. Cavin's focus is the same as the company's: educate first, then act. He helps clients understand their options for water damage, fire and smoke cleanup, and mold remediation—whether they need full restoration, equipment support, or guidance in between—so every decision feels informed, not rushed.
Built on Trust & Options
We built Phoenix Flood and Fire to offer homeowners clarity and real choices—not pressure—when disaster strikes. Our team takes time to explain what happened, what matters most, and which paths make sense for your home and budget.
